A physical gift card cannot be added to your rewards account. If you wish to send an e-gift card, you can find this feature in the dropdown menu.
Click My rewards and ensure the desired reward is turned off. The toggle button should be grey.
You must have entered your birthday in the “Profile” section of your app. On your birthday, if you have already made a transaction, you will receive your birthday reward. This reward will be valid for 30 days. If you still do not see your reward please contact support@thelevelup.com
To Migrate points, select “Migrate Points” from your dropdown menu. From there you will be prompted to enter the phone number associated with your old account.
Most promotions are valid in-store only. To use them, you must order in-store and scan your app at the register.
